It's important to make the right selection for your wedding photography. Our process begins with the inquiry and consultation. These are most productive face to face, but may also be done over the phone if an in-person meeting isn't available. 

During the consultation, I discover your story and learn what you are looking for on your special day. It is also an opportunity to discuss my available wedding photography packages, offer day-of timeline suggestions, and answer any questions you may have for me. After establishing a rapport, we move forward with the booking process if you feel like we are the right fit. 

Did we just become best friends? YEP! When you are ready to reserve your date, you will be provided with the Photography Service Agreement to select from our available wedding photography packages, and lock in your wedding date (so exciting)! After that, the fun stuff begins!

Hilltop wedding photography bookings receive a complimentary engagement session to get you and your partner ready for the big day. Engagement sessions break away any feelings of discomfort or awkwardness in front of the camera. We also get an opportunity to have fun with it and learn about what angles, poses, and compositions are most desired by you! 

A wedding details questionnaire will be provided to you and your partner to list any specifics that we should know. Things like ensuring a photo is captured of a distant relative who will be joining us, engravings on wedding bands, or any other special flare that you are adding to your celebration. We want it all!

This is the fun part! The day has arrived and we will be there to guide you every step of the way. We capture all the details big and small throughout the entire event so that all you need to do is enjoy yourself. Let us handle the rest, we've got you!

Our procedure for post processing is to select and edit a wide variety of the best images that tell your wedding day story. Finalized images are delivered securely through a digital gallery where you may download digital copies, and even order printed products to treasure forever!
